JETRO Showcases 12 Japanese Startups at Disrupt SF 2019

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will present 12 innovative Japanese startup companies at Disrupt SF, hosted by TechCrunch, from October 2-4 in San Francisco, CA. The Japan Innovation Showcase, organized by JETRO, will be located at Moscone Center North, Ballroom F.

Representatives from the startups will demonstrate their products and services throughout the technology conference. Exhibitors include:

• Stroly(https://stroly.com/en/): Stroly is an online platform for maps linked with location information. Anyone can upload and add their own maps, or find maps created by others near their current location.
• Mui Labs (https://mui.jp/#en): Mui Labs develops design-focused household technology with beautiful wooden materials. Their products feature intuitive technology to monitor temperature, lighting, voicemails, and more.
• AI Samurai (https://aisamurai.co.jp/en/): AI Samurai developed an innovative software to help users navigate patent lists. Their search tools have eased the patent search process from hours to mere minutes.
• Aeronext (https://aeronext.com/): Aeronext created the gravity control technology 4D GRAVITY^® to improve the stability of drones and increase their efficiency and productivity.
• Kotozna (http://kotozna.com/index_en.html): Kotozna created a web app that provides auto-translated, remote, and real-time text and voice-to-text messaging for organizations to communicate across language barriers.
• Concierge U (https://www.conciergeu.com/?locale=en): Concierge U is a conversational SaaS company that developed the chat program "Kuzen" to reduce operational and onboarding costs for businesses.
• Medmain (https://en.medmain.net/): Medmain strives to solve the global shortage of pathologists. They are tackling the problem with "PidPort," an AI-driven marketplace for pathological image diagnoses.
• MeeCap(https://www.mee-cap.com/en): MeeCap develops and processes mining software that analyzes big office data using AI. Their software visualizes how people work by logging PC operations and business processes.
• Bell Design (http://www.bellnix.com/): Bell Design creates powerful hardware components for high-end computers, including the PowerSpot POL converter.
• Unicast (https://www.unicast.ne.jp/en/): Unicast develops technology for robots in communications fields including reception desks, foreign language communications, and retail.
• InterMedia Labs (http://www.im-lab.com/english.html): InterMedia Labs is developing and selling the C-Card, a multi-touch card which allows access to multiple websites by holding the card against a smartphone touch panel.
• Tsubame Radio (https://www.tbm-japan.com/english/): Tsubame Radio creates Slip Rings which allow electronic devices to maintain electrical connections even through 360-degree rotations.
