ACF Acquires Holland Marble Companies
All Commercial Floors, Inc. ("ACF"), a leading national provider of healthcare and commercial floor covering solutions, today announced the recent acquisition of the Holland Marble Group, a leading U.S. importer, fabricator and provider of an extensive range of natural stone and quartz products, including marble, granite, limestone, slate, soapstone and travertine, as well as carved and other custom fabricated stone and quartz products. Holland is also a distributor of Spain-based, TheSize Surfaces, manufacturer of the Neolith® brand of sintered stone slabs, an exciting new commercial product for the U.S. market. Peter Holland, an over 35-year veteran and renowned leader in the stone industry worldwide, has been named as Vice President and General Manager of the newly named, "Holland Surfaces" division of ACF.

This unique engineered stone product is especially important for healthcare applications, where maintaining seamless, truly cleanable germ-free surfaces is extraordinarily important. Also rounding out the Holland Surfaces management team is Zuzana Holland, Director of Marketing and Commercial Design. Zuzana is a specialist in exterior façade applications, working with architects and designers for select hospitality clients utilizing Holland's uniquely fabricated Neolith exterior fastening installation system. Zuzana also teaches a variety of continuing education courses (CEUs) for architects and designers in the region, providing a valuable resource to the field. Zuzana's skills and experience provides ACF with an exceptional asset for introducing Holland Surfaces products and services nationwide.
