StorageVault Clarifies Quarterly Dividend for Q3 2019
TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STORAGEVAULT CANADA INC. ("StorageVault" or the "Corporation") (SVI-TSX-V) clarifies that a quarterly dividend of $0.002640 per common share ("Common Share") for Q3 2019 will be payable on October 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2019. This dividend has been designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
