FirstLight Home Care Lands Coveted Spot on Inc. 5000 List for Fifth Consecutive Year

CINCINNATI, September 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- It's a high five for FirstLight Home Care. The in-home senior care brand has landed a spot on the annual Inc. 5000: The Most Successful Companies in America list for the fifth consecutive year, further cementing its status as a top-notch franchise opportunity founded on values that emphasize care and support for its clientele.

Every year, Inc. magazine recognizes the country's fastest-growing private companies. Companies that make the list have grown an average of sixfold since 2015. Tens of thousands of companies apply every year to make the Inc. 5000 list and only 4% of companies have made the list five times, according to Inc. Media Editor-in-Chief James Ledbetter.

"The FirstLight Home Care executive team and community are thrilled to be included again on the Inc. 5000 list," said FirstLight Home Care President and CEO Jeff Bevis. "FirstLight Home Care was founded upon values such as providing client happiness and peace of mind. At the center of everything we do is our Culture of Care, which embodies our commitment to accountability, personal growth and service excellence. Our caregivers and franchisees live this Culture of Care each and every day, solidifying us as an innovative franchise opportunity and as a top employer."

In addition to the Inc. 5000 ranking, FirstLight Home Care has received other recognitions in 2019. In July, Franchise Business Review ranked FirstLight Home Care as No. 30 on its Top 200 Franchises list. FirstLight Home Care also ranked third on Forbes' 2019 "Best Franchises To Buy" in the magazine's low investment category earlier this year.

The ranking on Inc. 5000 comes at a pivotal time for FirstLight Home Care. With more than 200 locations nationwide, an 84% caregiver retention rate and systemwide revenue of $117 million, FirstLight Home Care is a premier service brand in the franchising space. The brand is rapidly expanding across the country and welcomes conversations from prospective franchisees who want to learn more. The brand provides strong start-up support and ongoing training for its franchisees, as well as regular onsite visits to individual franchise locations.

"At FirstLight Home Care, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch support to our franchise system," said FirstLight Home Care co-founder and Executive Director of Franchise Services Devin Bevis. "We are always striving to improve our services and this Inc. 5000 ranking is a validation of our efforts. Our franchisees and caregivers are unmatched in the senior care industry. They do not see their work as a job but as a calling. It is truly wonderful to receive this kind of industry recognition."

While seniors comprise the majority of FirstLight Home Care's customer base, the brand also offers its services to people recuperating from illness or surgery, people with disabilities and veterans. The brand also provides services for busy families, including laundry and light housekeeping, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
