SPoT Welcomes New Vice President of Human Resources
TORONTO, Aug. 23, 2019 /CNW/ - SPOT COFFEE (CANADA) LTD. (TSX-V: SPP) ("Spot" or the "Company") is pleased to report that Tamara T. Ballanti has joined our management team as the Company's new Vice President of Human Resources.
Tamara brings with her over 20 years of proven leadership and practical experience with recruitment, benefits analysis, training initiatives and career development. She will be working closely with senior management on hiring criteria and policies, administering training and performance assessment programs, and updating employee handbooks to incorporate the terms of the Company's forthcoming collective bargaining agreement with Workers United. She will also be providing valuable advice on employment categories, wage scales and customer service.
