Savaria declares its monthly dividend


LAVAL, Québec, Aug. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Savaria Corporation ("Savaria") (TSX: SIS) one of the global leaders in the accessibility industry, declared on August 23rd a dividend of 3.5 cents ($0.035) per common share, in accordance with its monthly dividend policy, payable on September 12, 2019 to shareholders of record of the Corporation at the close of business on August 30, 2019. This is an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act.
