Konami Recognized for its Games and Systems Strength in Casino Journal's Top 20 Awards
LAS VEGAS, Aug. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Konami Gaming, Inc. received three awards in Casino Journal's Annual Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Awards for its KX 43 video slot cabinet, big-screen Opus cabinet, and SYNK Visiontm biometric player tracking solution. Each was selected by an independent panel of experts as the gaming industry's most creatively impactful and technologically advanced products of the past year.

Using cameras mounted at each EGM player tracking bracket and each table game, SYNK Vision recognizes players by matching their facial identity against a stored biometric database. It tracks players based on their unique facial characteristics rather than requiring individuals to manually sign up or use a player tracking card.
