Royal Bank of Canada declares dividends


TORONTO, Aug. 21, 2019 /CNW/ - Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE) announced today that its board of directors has declared an increase to its quarterly common share dividend of three cents, or three per cent, to $1.05 per share, payable on and after November 22, 2019, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on October 24, 2019.

The board also declared dividends for the following Non-Cumulative First Preferred Shares, payable on and after November 22, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 24, 2019.
