ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y., Aug. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Aran Insurance Services Group announced today that it has been acquired by JenCap Holdings (JenCap), a specialty insurance business. The transaction includes the acquisition of Aran and its insurance program underwriting and third-party management subsidiary companies. Merger & Acquisition Services, Inc., served as the exclusive financial advisor to Aran Insurance Services Group.
