Esteemed Trauma Expert to Head The Right Step Houston Addiction Treatment Center


HOUSTON, Aug. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Right Step names DeLisa Duncan Russell, LSW, LPC-S, as executive director of its Houston addiction treatment center. Russell has a long career working with complex addiction issues within the military, the religious community and in private practice. She is a Texas licensed social worker and licensed professional counselor ? supervisor.

Russell has developed nationally recognized programs that have been used by all branches of the Department of Defense. She has partnered with legislative staff on the state and national levels to address veterans' issues and has partnered with individual and corporate donors to raise over $3 million for veteran causes.
