Established in 1978, Dae Hong Electric Co., Ltd., which specializes in distribution panels and electric automatic control panels, seeks to launch its brand in Asia in 2019.

It mainly produces and distributes Medium voltage switchgear, Metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear units, Low voltage switchgear, Schneider Blokset-evo LV switchgear, Motor control center, Schneider Blokset-evo LV MCC, Distribution boards/Smart distribution boards, Heat-Tracing Panel, HMI systems and consoles.

Its technological capability in the field of electric control gained recognition after it participated in a number of plant projects, shipbuilding & shipyard projects and waste & sewage treatment projects at home and abroad (the Middle East and Japan).

Dae Hong Electric Co. plans to participate in overseas projects across the Asian region with a focus on China to achieve sales goal of 50 billion won by 2022. Technological superiority of its Medium Voltage Switchgears, among others, is so highly evaluated at home and abroad that Dae Hong Electric Co. is carrying out IMC campaign in Asia from 2019 to build the product as its proprietary brand.

Due to properties of plant or construction projects, a control panel system will likely be exported in its entirety through bidding and on a turnkey basis. Dae Hong Electric Co.'s experiences of participation in a spate of projects thus far are expected to be of a great help in its access to the electric control panel market, where entry barriers are high in light of business and technology know-how. Dae Hong Electric Co. expects a successful brand launch first in China and then will extend it to other Asian regions.
