Simply Connect Launch Party Event Set to Introduce Care Management Technology

Simply Connect is excited to invite healthcare and senior living professionals to an important symposium on technology-supported emerging health care trends and opportunities on August 7, 2019.

The event, which will take place on the banks of the Mississippi River at the award-winning Nicollet Island Pavilion from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., will provide participants with exclusive insights from industry leaders and experts on emerging models of care and changing regulations.

Attendees will learn about the importance of connected healthcare ecosystems and how technology can unleash the power of a care team in order to improve communication and profit margins. The shared insights will allow attendees to implement tools and strategies needed to participate and succeed in the rapidly evolving digital health care system.

"More than 70 percent of consumers prefer digital solutions throughout their health care journey," said Simply Connect CEO Craig Patnode. "I'm thrilled to host this event because we can empower attendees to create an ecosystem for their organizations that enables better communication and promotes improved health outcomes for their clients, residents and care patients."

Currently, most patients are forced to untangle a web of confusing and outdated communication channels and are disconnected from their care team. Providers struggle to provide effective and cost-efficient care when they don't have real-time access to essential information. Organizations wrestle with managing new models of care and payment, social determinants of health and population health initiatives.

Simply Connect's ecosystem not only includes providers, pharmacists and mental health counselors, but also such assistive device technologies as medication reminder tools and wearable devices for a fully connected experience.

The event is also credentialed to award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to attendees. (MN BENHA ? 3 clock hours / MN Board of Social Work ? 4 clock hours / MN Board of Nursing ? 4 clock hours). We encourage attendees to register in advance, although same-day walk-ins are also welcome. Following the event, attendees will be invited to a networking happy hour featuring an extensive selection of Minnesota craft beers.

Information about the free event ? including the full agenda, a location map and RSVP form ? can be found at http://www2.simplyconnect.me/RSVP.
