BELLEAIR, Fla., Aug. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Engel & Völkers Belleair today announced that their shop has relocated to a larger, free-standing building in Belleair Bluffs. Double the size of Engel & Völkers Belleair's previous location, the new space can accommodate more real estate advisors as the brokerage continues to grow and as Engel & Völkers expands throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. The new brokerage is located at 2510 West Bay Drive, Belleair Bluffs and will be hosting a grand re-opening in late 2019.

Belleair home values have gone up 3.5-percent over the past year and are predicted to rise an additional 2.0-percent within the next year. County wide, home values have gone up 4.9-percent over the past year and are also predicted to rise another 2.9-percent within the next year.
