Frontline Education Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Perennial EdTech


MALVERN, Pa., July 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Frontline Education, a leading provider of school administration software for the K-12 education community, today announced that the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Perennial EdTech. The acquisition is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected to close in the coming weeks.
