Keller made her first appearance in Vancouver Provincial Court on July 11, 2019 on two counts of trading in a security and/or acting in a consultative capacity in connection with activities in the security market while prohibited from doing so. Her next appearance is on August 7, 2019.

In 2017, the BCSC permanently banned Keller from B.C.'s capital markets for fraud, unregistered trading and breaches of both permanent and temporary cease trade orders.
