Madison Street Capital Announces Sale of Windward Software to Volaris Group, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Constellation Software

CHICAGO and PENTICTON, British Columbia, July 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Street Capital (MSC), an international investment banking firm, acted as the exclusive advisor in the sale of Windward Software to Volaris Group. Founded in 1984 in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, Windward Software is an integrated business management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software development company. Volaris Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, acquires, strengthens and grows vertical market technology companies. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital and led by Senior Managing Director, Jay Rodgers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
