Jazz Pharmaceuticals Announces Webcast for Sunosi Investor Update


DUBLIN, June 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: JAZZ) today announced that the company will host a webcast on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. EDT/9:30 p.m. IST to provide investors with an update on Sunositm (solriamfetol), which was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on March 20, 2019 to improve wakefulness in adult patients with excessive daytime sleepiness associated with narcolepsy or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).  Sunosi is the first dual-acting dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor approved to treat excessive daytime sleepiness in adults living with narcolepsy or OSA.  Beginning early July, Sunosi will be commercially available in the U.S. following the recent scheduling decision by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency.

The investor webcast will include an overview of narcolepsy and OSA from invited physician experts as well as a Sunosi overview from the company's senior management.
