To be considered for participation, companies must generate a minimum of $15 million in revenue for the previous calendar year, be headquartered in the Chicago area and have been in business a minimum of five years.

The firm was also awarded number 20 in the medium-sized category on the Daily Herald Business Ledger's Best Places to Work in Illinois list, as well as number one in the new category of Best Place to Work in Illinois for Hispanics out of the 69 companies being honored.
