China Yuchai International to Pay Cash Dividend for FY2018 on July 19, 2019

SINGAPORE, June 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) ("China Yuchai" or the "Company") announced today that a cash dividend of US$0.85 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2018 has been declared by its Board of Directors. The cash dividend will be paid on July 19, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 11, 2019.
