Alderon Announces AGM Results
MONTREAL, June 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alderon Iron Ore Corp. (TSX: IRON) ("Alderon" or the "Company") announced that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2019 Annual General Meeting of shareholders were elected as directors of Alderon. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2019 in Montreal, Québec are set out below:
