STATS Research Manager to Speak at Sports Video Group's RSN Summit

STATS, the revolutionary leader in sports AI, announced that research manager Aaron Charlton will present at the Sports Video Group (SVG) Regional Sports Network (RSN) Summit at the Grand Hyatt Denver on Tuesday, June 25.

Charlton will present on the panel "The Sports-Betting Factor: How Wagering and Predictive Gaming Will Impact RSNs." The panel will focus on how RSNs in states that have legalized sports betting can capitalize on new content, fantasy sports and wagering-focused studio shows. The panel will be moderated by Jason Dachman, Chief Editor at SVG, and will include an overview of how some RSNs are already incorporating new betting content.

"With the state-by-state legalization of sports betting, media providers have a new sports industry to think about as they create the most relevant content for fans," Charlton said. "Given that most betting decisions are fueled by data and information, it is important that RSNs and data providers work hand-in-hand to provide betting content, while also educating novice bettors. We're already seeing tests of betting information incorporated through on-air graphics, breakaway analysts and pregame studio shows, and I look forward to discussing how this will further impact local RSN content providers."
