Breath of Life International Ltd. files preliminary prospectus for initial public offering of ordinary shares

("BOL Pharma") today announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada for a proposed initial public offering of ordinary shares (the "Offering"). The Offering is being co-led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Cowen & Company LLC and Scotia Capital Inc. as joint bookrunners.
