moovel acquires Validated, a technology platform that offers mobility incentives through loyalty programs
PORTLAND, Ore., May 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- moovel (becoming REACH NOW), the leading provider of mobile ticketing solutions in North America, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Validated, a technology platform that allows businesses, universities, retailers and restaurants to subsidize transportation for customers and employees and helps drive retail traffic to brick-and-mortar stores by offering ride subsidies to users of shared mobility services.

- Mobility Rewards allows shoppers to earn mobility credits if they hit spending targets with shops that have enrolled in the program.
- Ride Pass allows companies to issue instantly redeemable mobility credits to their customers or employees via SMS. Insurance companies and automotive dealerships are using Ride Pass to send mobility credits to their clients as a flexible alternative to rental vehicles.
