USDA Selects Warner Real Estate & Auction Company to Sell Two Multi-Family Senior Apartments Through an Online Auction


WOODSTOWN, N.J., May 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Warner Realtors & Auction Company has found success in the past with selling U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) foreclosed properties throughout New Jersey using online only auctions. They have now been selected by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to conduct an online only auction event for two multi-family properties in Pennsylvania. The auction consists of a 34-Unit Senior Apartment Building in Berlin Borough, PA and a 32-Unit Senior Apartment Building in Salisbury Borough, PA. Warner Real Estate & Auction Company will be selling both multi-family senior apartment buildings through an online auction, with starting bids of $100,000, beginning at 8:00am (EDT) on 05/30/2019 and ending at 10:15am (EDT) on 06/05/2019.
