National Certification Board for Aging and Alzheimer Care Offers Updated Version of Senior Relocation Certification CRTStm

CHICAGO, May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Thousands of Americans are turning 65 every day. With advanced age, many are deciding to move to simpler living arrangements. Some will decide to modify their existing homes, others will sell their homes and move to other available and attractive living quarters. The choices are broader than ever before. They may choose a smaller, single-family home or a graduated living facilty. If they are ill or have a physical limitation, they may require an assisted living facility or even a nursing home.

NCBAC's CRTStm Certification addresses all of these situations and provides project managers with plans and techniques for working with Seniors and their families.

The newest version of the course features flexible navigation through each of the 18 modules. It also includes updates like the recent advancements in hoarding research and updated statistics on the overall Senior population.

The course emphasizes a team approach and suggests who might be recruited to complete the team to accomplish the best results for the client.

The course and Certification exam are based on extensive research and feedback from practitioners who are currently performing the work today, throughout the country. Courses are offered in support of certification examinations available through the National Certification Board for Alzheimer and Aging Care, the leader in certifications for elder care.

Donna Surges Tatum, PhD, CAE, CAEd and President of NCBAC adds, "Moving is always challenging. The Senior population faces a more complex relocation process than anyone. We're pleased to provide the tools to help make it easier"

CRTStm meets national certification standards and is the only comprehensive national certification of its type.
