VERO BEACH, Fla., May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Watercrest Senior Living Group proudly announces Leisa Cawthon as Executive Director of Watercrest Newnan Assisted Living and Memory Care in Newnan, Georgia. Watercrest Newnan is a 107-unit resort-style senior living community currently under construction and scheduled to welcome residents this July.

Leisa entered the healthcare field more than 25 years ago in rehabilitation therapy, advancing her career through education and training to serve in nursing, geriatrics, occupational health, and pediatric neurology. Due to her strong relationship with her own grandmother, Leisa was drawn to senior living and accepted a position as wellness director for an assisted living community in 2009.  From there, she excelled in roles as an executive director and regional leader, which encompassed training, operational management, and startup expertise.
