Klick Ranks #7 in 50 Best Workplaces for 2019

Klick was last night recognized as one of this year's Best Workplaces, coming in at #7 for companies with 100 to 999 team members. This year marks the eighth year in a row that Klick has been included on the list, which profiles organizations whose employees give them top marks for camaraderie, credibility, pride, fairness of treatment, and being respectful.

The company is dedicated to providing its people with the best tools and environment to do outstanding work. It also has a team, called Klick Experience (KLIX) whose job is to proactively help foster culture and engagement across the organization through special events, celebrations, personal interest clubs and surprise-and-delight moments. Today's news comes within a month of Klick being recognized as a Best Managed Company, Best Workplace for Women, Employee Recommended Workplace, and Best Workplace for Giving Back. Earlier this year, Klick was also named a Best Managed Company for the 11^th consecutive year.

The 2019 Best Workplacestm in Canada list is compiled by the Great Place to Work^® Institute. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results and the remaining one-third comes from an in-depth review of the organization's culture. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This year's list received over 400 registrations and over 80,000 employees participated in the 2019 "Best Workplacestm in Canada" survey, rolling out to impact over 300,000 Canadian employees.
