VICTORIA, April 23, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, on behalf of the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans, and the Canadian Coast Guard, will announce a milestone for the Victoria Coast Guard Lifeboat Station under the Ocean Protection Plan.
