SAN ANTONIO, April 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- MIRAGE ENERGY CORPORATION (OTC: MRGE) (the "Company") announces it has paid off the October 25, 2018 note in favor of Power Up Lending Group, Ltd., thus preventing any further dilution to our shareholders in the event the note had been converted into shares.
