TGI Fridays and Urban Air Adventure Park Execs to Keynote Upcoming CX Conferences

LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Networld Media Group, has announced the addition of three keynote speakers to the agenda of the Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Summit and CONNECT: The Mobile CX Summit, to be held at the Omni Frisco Hotel near Dallas on June 4-6.

Michael O. Browning Jr., CEO of Urban Air Adventure Park, will deliver the opening keynote of the event. Browning founded the indoor amusement park franchise in 2011 and it has since grown to over 270 locations with 140 more locations planned to open by the end of 2020.

In a presentation titled "Disruption: How Speed & Innovation Can Change an Industry," Browning will shed light on how igniting insanely fast growth can lead to increased market share, big profit margins, and a distinct competitive advantage.

Sherif Mityas, Chief Experience Officer at TGI Fridays, will deliver the event's closing keynote presentation on personalizing the customer experience using artificial intelligence.

Mityas will explore the various opportunities for brands to connect with their customers in a one-to-one relationship through enhanced AI and machine learning capabilities. He will also discuss the ability to utilize these new technologies to create personalization at scale, the business case for adoption and key lessons learned along the way.

Joining Browning and Mityas as keynote speakers will be Ryan Craver, CEO of Commerce Canal, a retail advisory firm. Craver has worked with many retail brands including Lord & Taylor, Hudson's Bay Company, Saks, New Balance, Hanes, LEGO, and Best Buy.

In his keynote presentation, Craver will dive into and define today's retail customer ranging from the mercurial Gen Z to the dependable Baby Boomer. He'll look at how those consumers are spending their money, how they are spending their time and what tactics can be used to intrigue them.
