In partnership with American Health Investors, Meridian is managing these senior communities. Built in 2015, Cedar Crest Memory Care located at 161 S. Beadle Rd., Lafayette, LA 70508 offers 55 memory care beds. Build in 1997, Rosewood Assisted Living located at 203 Rue Fontaine, Lafayette, LA 70508 offers 70 assisted living beds and 22 independent living beds.
