Global BPO to Expand Footprint in Dominican Republic

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, March 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ERC announced the opening of a new campus in the Dominican Republic's capital. Scheduled to open April 30, the 52,500 square-foot facility will reside in San Isidro Free Trade Park, one of the most modernized and successful free zones in the Caribbean, and home to 34 multinational companies. The new venture is set to bring 1,000 new jobs to the area and is another example of ERC's continued growth.

"This is an exciting time for us to double down. We have a high level of confidence in our local management team and have had tremendous success there over the past several years for our clients," said Marty Sarim, ERC's President and CEO.

While working in the San Isidro Free Trade Park, ERC employees will have access to an impressive suite of amenities, including: a barber shop and beauty salon, daycare, an on-site hospital, 24/7 private security, access to public transportation, a cafeteria and even private study rooms for students.

This will be ERC's second campus in Santo Domingo. The new location will be approximately 30 minutes away from their current facility and strategically closer to the airport. With the city's ample labor pool and strong infrastructure, Santo Domingo has been an ideal location for ERC, and a key to their global vision.
