Olympusat and Compedia announce a cooperation to Launch Hilatm - the first ever Interactive Bible Channel


WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., March 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Olympusat, one of the largest independent media companies specializing in the ownership, distribution, production and technical services of Spanish and English-language networks, and Israeli-based leading educational technology innovator, Compedia Ltd., are announcing their cooperation to launch the first ever interactive, educational Bible channel ? Hilatm.

Hila ? meaning "Halo" or God's spiritual light in Hebrew ? is featuring digital, interactive and engaging biblical content for all ages and interests. Content includes Bible stories, the impact of the Bible on culture and art, the history and archeology of the Bible, and many other subjects.

Expected to be launched at the end of the year, the Hila channel already includes a big variety of courses which can fit any level of knowledge and interest. The content is interactive and includes interactive videos, quizzes, mini-challenges, and gamification. Hila will work on any mobile or desktop device, and on Smart TV.

As part of Hila's vision to become the predominant international source of interactive digital content related to the Bible, Hila is seeking content partners like ministries, publishers or leading pastors, to have their content digitized, interactive and added to the channel. Olympusat will work with Compedia to promote Hila on its numerous affiliated faith channels, including their owned and operated channels Parables and Upliftv.
