SHARBOT LAKE, ON, March 13, 2019 /CNW/ - It is with great sadness that the Frontenac Board of Directors announces the death of Board member William "Bill" Calvert who passed away suddenly in March 2019.
Bill served our Board with great commitment. He leaves a legacy of incredible business acumen, strategy formulation skills, and passion for business excellence recognized by all of us, as fellow colleagues who came to know him for his inquisitive nature and logical thinking. Bill was an excellent advisor who brought his deep knowledge of governance performance to a variety of issues that have been critical to the transformation of our company. He was both a colleague and a friend and he will be sorely missed.
As former Chair of the Board, William Calvert brought to the Frontenac Board deep insight and knowledge of Governance Policies, with experience spanning over many years with various municipalities and provincial ministries. He had been a Frontenac Board member since 2007.
