Y-Tech Announces Three New Appointments to Advisory Board


ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, Md., Feb. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Y-Tech, a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) professional services and solutions to U.S. Federal Government agencies announced the appointment of Mae DeVincentis, Jack Hughes and Ron Moultrie to their advisory board.

Mae DeVincentis the founder and CEO of Maxwell Associates, LLC had a distinguished 37-year career in the federal government. She served as the Director of Logistics, Chief Information Officer and Vice Director of the Defense Logistics Agency, which provides the military and other government entities with over $35 billion in supplies and services annually. She is a proven C-level executive and recognized expert in federal and defense acquisition and contracting, logistics and supply chain management, cybersecurity and information technology.

Jack Hughes is the founder and Principal of Phoenix Financial & Advisory Services, LLC. Mr. Hughes has functioned as a venture capitalist and angel investor and has been involved in 45 mergers and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Mr. Hughes served as the Senior VP and Corporate Treasurer of ManTech and helped the company grow from $4M to $200m. He also served as the Senior VP and CFO of BTG and assisted the company's growth from $50M to $600M in five-years and he was also the Co-Founder, Executive VP, and CFO of Alion Science and Technology Corporation, where he helped grow the company from $200M to $750M in five-years.

Ron Moultrie is the founder and CEO of Oceanus Security Strategies, LLC. Prior to forming Oceanus, Mr. Moultrie spent over 36 years serving in the U.S. Intelligence Community and Armed Forces. He served as the Director of Operations at the National Security Agency (NSA), and important positions as a member of the CIA's Senior Intelligence Service, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as well as with the United States Military. Mr. Moultrie at the personal request of the Secretary of Navy is one of four principals serving on the U.S. Navy's Comprehensive Cybersecurity Review Panel. The Panel will be making recommendations on how the Navy can better protect its $170B in annual resources, 900,000 globally dispersed personnel, and its vital industrial base from malicious Cyber actors.
