Siena College Research Institute Survey of U.S. Presidents to be Released Tomorrow, February 13, 2019

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Siena College Research Institute (SCRI) will release its 6th Survey of U.S. Presidents on Wednesday, February 13th. Beginning one year after a new President takes office, the survey, conducted since 1982, ranks all 44 Presidents in 20 different categories, and provides an overall ranking of best to worst according to historians, political scientists and presidential scholars.

Experts rank the attributes, abilities, and accomplishments of each President. Additionally, this year, scholars name which of the 44 unique U.S. Presidents they wish could be in office today to address the most challenging issues of our day, indicate which President had the best and worst first year, and among Presidents in office since 1968 say whether history will ultimately decide whether they moved the country on the right track or in the wrong direction on key aspects of leading our country.

Always cited as one of the most respected and influential expert presidential rankings, the SCRI Survey of U.S. Presidents has been conducted in 1982, 1990, 1994, 2002, 2010 and now in 2018.

The 2018 presidential rankings and the release will be emailed tomorrow (2/13) morning at 8:00 a.m. and it will be available at that time at https://scri.siena.edu/us-presidents-study/.

SCRI's Director, Don Levy, and SCRI's Founding Director, Doug Lonnstrom will be available for interviews beginning at 8:00 a.m. Levy can be reached at 518-783-2901 or [email protected]. Lonnstrom can be reached at 518-783-2362 or [email protected].
