Evolve Bank & Trust Announces Passing of Senior Vice President, Payment Processing, Elizabeth 'Betsy' Bohlen

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- With deep sadness, Evolve Bank & Trust announces Elizabeth "Betsy" Bohlen, Senior Vice President of Payment Processing, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, after a battle with cancer. Evolve extends its sincerest condolences to her family during this difficult time while also celebrating a life well lived.

Over the course of her almost 30-year career, Ms. Bohlen received numerous industry awards and accolades. She was most proud of her recognition from MasterCard for her role in the "Choose to Make a Difference" cause-marketing program and its influence on her hometown of Denver. Ms. Bohlen was also called upon frequently as a Payment Industry Speaker. Betsy's engagements included in part, APEX (All Payments Expo), FISERV International Forum, ATMIA Annual Conference, IACOA, MWAA, WSAA, NAC (National ATM Council), Paythink, Strategic Leadership Forum (ETA), and Visa Forum.

Ms. Bohlen was an active participant in several nonprofit organizations including Make a Wish Foundation and the Alzheimer Association. She is survived by her husband, children and grandchildren. Arrangements have not been announced.
