Nominations for the Long Term Care (LTC) Power Lawyers Class of 2019 Now Being Accepted

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Jan. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Pendulum, LLC and the Long Term Care (LTC) Risk Legal Forum are proud to announce the continuation of the LTC Power Lawyers program. Nominations for its Class of 2019 are now being accepted.

Now in its third year, LTC Power Lawyers is a one-of-a-kind, innovative educational program designed specifically to train new lawyers in the intricacies of long term care trial practice. Students work on practical trial skills and receive instruction from an esteemed faculty of seasoned trial lawyers?all with at least 15 years of experience in this specialized of law.

The six-month program includes an opening eight-hour in-person session in the spring and a final, eight-hour in-person summer session and graduation ceremony. At both of these daylong sessions students are afforded the opportunity to network with in-house counsel as well as risk management, compliance, and insurance professionals from across the LTC spectrum. In addition, there are five one-hour webinars taught by faculty members, in-house counsel, and insurance professionals in the industry.
