New Study: More Companies Embracing Corporate Alumni Programs as Part of Employment Lifecycle Strategies


SEATTLE, Jan. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- According to a new study released today by Conenza, more companies worldwide are proactively building relationships with former employees to support employment lifecycle strategies. The 2018 Alumni Program Benchmarking Report finds that organizations value Alumni Programs as a way to tap into their network of alumni to nurture brand ambassadors, business partners, employee referral sources and the return of talented alumni as rehires.

Responses include a mix of perspectives from clients and non-clients, representing a broad spectrum of industry sectors, company sizes and geographic locations. Results are based on responses from 65 industry professionals.
