LEID Products, Leader in Critical Asset Control, Names Peter Kujawski as President

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- LEID Products today announced the appointment of Peter Kujawski as President, effective immediately. Sam Hoff, President since 2007, will maintain board chairman responsibilities moving forward.

Kujawski joined LEID Products as Vice President of Business Development in early 2018. His previous experience, including as a retired US Army Colonel, has given the company a fresh perspective, resulting in significant momentum over the last year.

"I am humbled that the leadership team has expressed this high confidence in me based on the changes and progress we have made in a such a short period to time," Kujawski said. "We have made great strides in the last six months to enhance our industry-leading Biometric Asset Control Systems (BACStm) and 'Access.it2' systems. Our team will continue to build on recent successes and continue to assist our customers in protecting and securing critical assets."

LEID Products' patented system stores and tracks assets using biometric, RFID, and other tracking technology. With new product releases on the horizon and an ever-increasing need for critical asset security and accountability, Kujawski takes leadership of the company.

Kujawski has roots in many of the same areas as LEID's customers. Across the military, homeland security, law enforcement, and commercial and government building markets, LEID's customers are looking for solutions to reliably store and track critical assets.

"Pete brings a breadth of experience from his past roles within the industry," said Sam Hoff, now former President of LEID Products. "We are very excited about his ability to lead our company in the future."

Kujawski retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel serving in various leadership assignments in his 30-year career. Colonel Kujawski was awarded the Legion of Merit for his actions after the World Trade Center attacks of 9/11. He also previously held roles as Vice President of Sig Sauer, Inc. for 8 years and as Business Development Director for Nanocomp Technologies and View, Inc. Kujawski holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
