Lime Rock Resources Names Tim Miller President and Announces Two Other Promotions


HOUSTON, Jan. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Lime Rock Resources, acquirers and operators of producing oil and gas properties in the United States, today announces that it has named Tim Miller as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Lime Rock Resources team.  Mr. Miller has been with Lime Rock Resources since soon after its inception in 2005 and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2009. 

Lime Rock Resources also announces the promotion of Jonathan Hickman to Chief Engineer and Mark Reid to VP, Operations.  Mr. Hickman joined the Lime Rock Resources team as a reservoir engineer in 2006 and was most recently Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures.  Mr. Reid joined the team in 2017 as Operations Manager.  Mr. Hickman will oversee the reservoir engineering and acquisition analysis functions of the Lime Rock Resources team and report to Mr. Miller.  Mr. Reid will oversee all drilling and completion operations and geoscience.

Established in 1998, Lime Rock Management has raised $8.9 billion in private equity funds for investment in the energy industry through Lime Rock Resources and Lime Rock Partners, investors of growth capital in E&P and oilfield services companies.
