IBC Advanced Alloys Reports Voting Results from the Election of Directors at its 2018 Annual General and Special Meeting

FRANKLIN, Ind., Dec. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. ("IBC" or the "Company") (TSX-V: IB; OTCQB: IAALF) announces the details of the voting results from the election of directors at its 2018 Annual General and Special Meeting, held on December 20, 2018 in Franklin, IN.

By resolution passed via ballot, the five nominees referenced below were re-appointed as Directors of the Corporation to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, or until their successors are elected or appointed.  The results of the ballot were as follows:

Shareholders also voted to approve the following:  re-appointment of BDO USA, LLP as auditors of the Company; a 2018 Stock Option Plan; the Company's Share Unit Plan, and; an amendment to the Company's articles of incorporation to allow delivery of information by electronic means and other means permitted by applicable securities laws, for example, via Notice-and-Access, for all shareholders.
