Staffing Firms IntellaPro and Affinity Resources Announce Restructuring

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- IntellaPro and Affinity Resources, leading South Florida staffing firms and sister companies, have announced the restructuring of their executive team. Within the new structure, the organizations have named Co-Founders Duane Dowell as Sr. Managing Partner, Ed Daugherty as Chief Operating Officer, Brad Mete as President, and Phil Alvarez as Chief Sales Officer.

"Ed, Brad, and Phil comprise an all-star executive team that has accomplished many wins for these companies over the years," stated Duane Dowell, Sr. Managing Partner. "I'm proud of our track record, and know that keeping this team in-tact will make the future brighter than ever."

Duane Dowell holds over 20 years of expertise in the technology staff augmentation and consulting industry, primarily with a South Florida focus. Working alongside Duane Dowell, Ed Daugherty helped found IntellaPro/Affinity in 2010 and has deep staffing industry experience and extensive skills in business development, leadership, operations management, and client-employee relations.

"It's truly an honor to shift into our new roles and make a positive impact on two superb organizations," commented Ed Daugherty, COO. "Having helped found IntellaPro/Affinity, I am proud of where we have been and have made it my personal mission to take both companies to new heights in 2019."

Brad Mete specializes in light industrial, light technical, engineering, and professional staffing, and has previous experience within one of the nation's largest staffing firms. Phil Alvarez has experience in the areas of Office Clerical and Professional, Engineering and Technical, Light Industrial, Quality, and Manufacturing staffing. All four executives were previously Managing Partners.

"Restructuring means IntellaPro and Affinity Resources can create synergy and grow at a faster pace than ever before," said Brad Mete, President. "A closer relationship between the sister companies increases reach and allows us to provide more jobs to more people. It's the next level of our evolution."

Leading both IntellaPro and Affinity Resources into the future, the restructured executive team will be able to better provide a transparent chain of command through clearly defined role responsibilities and goals. Combined, the two companies have achieved an impressive yearly revenue growth rate of 39% over the last five years and are home to over 50 employees and over 700 temporary employees. While continuing growth in the South Florida market will remain a priority, expanding into new markets will also become a goal.

"It's an exciting new era for IntellaPro and Affinity Resources," stated Phil Alvarez, Chief Sales Officer. "Our new setup will allow both companies to offer new workforce solutions that compliment their current staffing offerings and provide an elevated experience for businesses and job seekers alike."
