Therap's Time Tracking Module Helps Monitor Day-to-Day Activities and Behavior of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

WATERBURY, Conn., Dec. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap's electronic documentation software for providers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities comes with the Time Tracking tool which is designed to monitor activities and behavior changes of individuals over a period of time at regular intervals. The module can be used to document data based on time, including but not limited to bed checks, sleep, behavior, mood, repositioning, toileting, specialized intake/elimination, restrictive devices, adaptive equipment, exercise, accountability and community inclusion. 

The Time tracking module allows supervisors to create templates to track activities or behaviors over a period of time. These templates can then be used to collect and record data. On the templates, supervisors can specify the duration to be tracked, the time intervals for monitoring, data values and can associate color codes with each of the observations.

The module also generates reports which can help identify patterns in activities or behavior over a period of time. Time Tracking reports can be generated covering monthly periods to show recorded data in color-coded grids, against date and time intervals. Reports also show maximum, minimum and average duration and the counts for each of the observations recorded.
