The Krewe of Sobek Parade ? the earliest parade of the 2019 Carnival season in Shreveport-Bossier ? will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019. The parade begins at Fair Grounds Field and follows a route through the Queensborough neighborhood.
