InventHelp Inventor Develops Lower Body Exercise Device (CCT-4276)
PITTSBURGH, Dec. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Fairfield, Ohio, has developed the patent pending SLIDX, a new exercise device for fitness enthusiasts. A model prototype is available.
"When I had been evaluating a prototype of another exercise design of mine, I accidentally placed my heels on it and began pulling/pushing them back and forth. This turned out to be a good workout," said the inventor.
The SLIDX allows an individual to exercise the legs and feet while seated in a chair or while lying in a bed. It provides an effective means of combating the sedentary effects of office/desk jobs. In addition, it makes effective use of downtime. This device will strengthen and tone muscles in the lower body and optionally in the upper body. This will, in turn, result in a more attractive appearance and increased self-esteem. It is compact in size for easy portability.
