The new Tampa location is based in close proximity to some of the largest vacation rental management companies in the US and will act as both a sales and distribution hub for North America. The new US team will play a crucial role in ensuring the product, sales, and customer service is fully tailored to the fast growing US client base.

Jason Smolarek will hold a significant role in growing YourWelcome's distribution with existing clients and also contracting new clients for the platform. Smolarek has over 10 years leadership experience in sales and business development within the resort, vacation rental management, and tech space. His depth of industry knowledge and his proven ability to build high-performance teams will be key in capitalizing on YourWelcome's traction in the region.

Most recently, Jason worked as Director of Business Development for Seascape Golf, Beach & Tennis Resort, where he lead the overall growth of the on-site vacation rental program and launched new membership partnerships. Prior to Seascape Resort, Jason was Director of Operations for Wyndham Vacation Rentals and General Manager for Southern Vacation Rentals in Panama City Beach, FL.
