Linen & Leah's New Pack 'N Play Sheet Uses Patented Design That Helps Promote Safe Sleep

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Shipping has begun for Linen & Leah's The Perfect Fit Pack & Play Sheet. Using a newly patented design, this sheet fits snuggly on most standard playards, creating the safest fit on the market. While Graco, Luvable Friends, and other manufacturers offer pack 'n play sheets, this is the first of its kind to use the special patent created specifically promoting safe sleep environments and raise awareness for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

A Safer Fit
This sheet was expertly designed to create a safe sleep environment within the pack 'n play. Around 4,000 children die in the United States each year from SIDS, according to the American SIDS Institute. Soft bedding is one of the main causes of SIDS-related deaths. That includes loose-fitting bedding, such as a loose sheet.

Linen and Leah's new sheet provides the perfect fit. The 100 percent organic cotton sheet includes slip-through Velcro straps that secure it in place. Parents use the straps to secure the sheet to the pack and play mattress and then attach it to the base of the pack 'n play. This creates a tight fit that cannot come undone with normal sleep. These pack and play crib sheets allow for a safe night's sleep.

These sheets are universal, meaning they can fit most playards, including the popular Graco Playard. They also fit Baby Trend, Chicco, Ingenuity, Cosco, and countless others.

Four colors are currently available. Consumers can get the sheets in:

Creating Safe Sleep Environments
Leah and Linen CEO and Founder of Jen O'Malley is excited about this new sheet and the impact it's expected to have on SIDS. "I wanted to come up with a way to raise awareness for SIDS and help create safe sleep environments allowing infants to safely enjoy their playpens. I think parents will be surprised by how easy this sheet is to use, and how much safer it makes sleeping."

About Linen & Leah
Linen & Leah was created to address the issues caused by using fitted sheets inside of pack and plays. CEO and Founder Jen O'Malley spent 15 years as a childcare worker and noticed that all the options on the market were dangerous, so she started her own company to fill the void. An advocate for SIDS education, she donates 15% of quarterly sales to the SIDS Foundation. To find out more about Jen O'Malley and Linen & Leah, please visit https://linenandleah.com.
