The newly acquired store is located at the corner of Baker and Newtown Rd in Virginia Beach. This is the second StorageMart location that will be opening in the Virginia Beach area. The new facility has a selection of drive up and climate controlled storage units. There is over 64,000 square feet of rentable space and a total of 563 units. There are a variety of units with different sizes depending on what your storage needs are. The Virginia Beach storage facility offers controlled gate access and every tenant has their own unique pin code that they have to enter in order to access and when you leave the facility.
