Media Advisory - Government of Canada media technical briefing on climate action

OTTAWA, Oct. 22, 2018 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to attend a technical briefing on the Government of Canada's ongoing efforts to tackle climate change. The briefing will offer background information only, and it is not for attribution.

Senior officials from the Government of Canada will deliver remarks and answer questions.

Media representatives who wish to attend or dial in to the technical briefing are asked to register by email with Media Relations at Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Note: Reporters attending in-person should show up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the briefing. Upon registering for this technical briefing, you are fully agreeing to the conditions of embargo of the documents you will receive until advised the embargo is lifted, and you accept that this briefing is not for attribution.
